CLINICAL SPECIALIZATION

As lead occupational therapist, Hadley Vargas pioneered and developed the occupational therapy department and its programming at The Neurodivergent Collective. She has extensive experience assessing and treating a variety of diagnoses including, but not limited to: sensory processing disorder (SPD), ASD, ADHD, dyspraxia, and psychological and physiological differences. Hadley has worked in a wide array of settings: sensory clinics, schools, outpatient, home health, and community mental health with an age range from birth to geriatric. As a clinician, Hadley is passionate about discovering clients’ individual stories and how their histories and current circumstances inform their clinical needs. She takes time to listen to clients and their caregivers and then uses her extensive experience and clinical reasoning to improve clients’ daily lives.  Her treatment plans and interventions are strengths-based, neuro affirming, and client centered.
