Dr. Parool Patel is a diplomate with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology specializing in adult psychiatry. Her expertise includes, but not limited to, evidence-based treatment and management of patients with thought disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and anxiety disorder spectrums. Dr. Patel believes in the comprehensive management of her patients as “a whole”. Her treatment modalities include pharmacological management along with psychotherapeutic assessment and treatment. She is certified in TMS to adjunct pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic treatment.

The field of psychiatry is vast and ever-changing. From the era of mere symptom management, we have advanced to rehabilitating psychiatric patients to their optimum level of functioning. Such advancements are what keeps me interested and invested in this field. While being a resident in training and a practicing psychiatrist, I frequently heard colleagues and patients comment on my empathy, thoroughness, and perseverance in treating each patient as an individual. As a team member I hope to bring my compassion in treating those with acute and chronic mental health issues to this diversely impressive collaborative team of healthcare providers at The Mental Health Collective.
