Ruby Maher has been working with different elements of HR administration since 2010 and has focused on Compliance and HR in the Health Care industry since 2014. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara with a double major in Global Studies and Art History and working in both these fields, she landed in the field of Health Care Administration where she has held Compliance and HR managerial positions at multiple behavioral health organizations. Ruby is tasked with developing and maintaining sustainable, scalable HR practices and policies to support the employees and the company administration as a whole.
